How long does it take to arrive?
Goods which are in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you within 12 days. If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you. If any questions should arise regarding your order, we will try to contact you by email or if that fails, by phone if a number was provided. Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery service, this is quoted as a 1 to 3 working day service.
This is a first class service and with current Royal Mail delivery standards they expect to deliver over 90% of first class mail the very next day.
However Royal Mail do not class a parcel as lost until it has been untraceable in their network for 14 working days. If at 14 working days the parcel has not arrived we will replace and claim our losses back from Royal Mail. If the parcel has been longer than 4 days we advise you to check at your local depot to see if they have attempted to deliver your parcel.
85% of queries we deal with regarding mail not turning up is because the local postal worker hasn't done their job properly and left a calling card to say they attempted delivery and the parcel is sitting at the depot waiting for collection!
International Shipping
Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Parcel Force International.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days
We ship to most major countries, but if your country does not appear in the drop down list on the checkout page (click here), then we regret that we can not deliver to you.
Returns Policy
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned, unless they are faulty the following terms have to be met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to your address.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
- Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Please note: postage and packaging is non refundable.
You should then return the goods, with all packaging, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us).
Batteries
These are supplied free of charge for most items which need them. If your toy appears not to work, please try replacing these batteries to make sure they are not defective before returning your order to:
